Terms & Conditions

1. Coverage

Interblueweb Inc. coverage is limited by the cellular coverage available in the United States and Canada. Interblueweb Inc. cannot guarantee cellular coverage in all areas of the United States, Canada, or neighboring countries. Cellular coverage and networks are imperfect by nature and the connection of Interbluetrack GPS tracking devices to the network cannot be guaranteed any more than a cell phone can be guaranteed to keep continual connection. Signal can easily be lost as cell phone signal is lost while traveling in subterranean railways, driving in tunnels, and some rural areas. Damage to the GPS vehicle tracking unit will typically result in a loss of connection to the Interbluetrack service. Interblueweb Inc. cannot be held responsible for the use of vehicles tracked on its system. The affecting results and/or consequences of the driver’s actions, regardless of the use of the Interbluetrack GPS tracking system, is the sole responsibility of the driver and/or entity responsible for the driver . Interblueweb Inc. cannot guarantee the operation of the GPS tracking system in the event of natural or man-made disasters affecting the cellular network, Internet, or the Interbluetrack servers or their secure location.

2. Installation

Interblueweb Inc. cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle if the installation is done by another unaffiliated party. It is the sole responsibility of the installer and/or entity responsible for the installation. Installers may contact Interblueweb Inc. at interbluetrack@gmail.com to ensure proper installation.

3. Unauthorized usage

Our tracking devices may not be used to violate the privacy rights of others, or in violation of local, county, state or federal statutes. GPS tracking may be illegal in certain states or territories. In no way will Interblueweb Inc. or its subsidiaries, dealers or partners be held responsible for inappropriate use of these products. Interblueweb Inc. cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle or the device installed in case of an automobile accident. The user is responsible for the costs of a new tracker and its installation.

4. Device transfer

If the tracker must be transferred to a different car, the user must inform Interblueweb Inc. right away. The user is responsible for the removal and re-installation cost.

5. Contract cancelation or suspension

If you have entered into a one (1) or more year’s contract and choose to terminate or cancel your service before your contract ends, you will be charged an early termination fee of $200. Tracking services will be interrupted if payment is not received within 30 days from due date. Services will be restored once payment is made in full including a $25 late fee for each month past due. After 60 days of non-payment, the service will be canceled completely. Sim-card re-installation will be required and additional fees will apply.

6. Activation and payment

Prices do not include any taxes and are subject to increase equal in amount to any taxes Interblueweb Inc. may be required to collect and pay. Payment for trackers and installation must be received on the date the contract is signed by the user and Interblueweb Inc. The 1st monthly payment for GPS tracking services will be due the 1st day of the following month after the owner or assigned installer receives the devices. The user may opt to pay monthly or annually. If yearly, three dollars will be reduced from each month from the base rate. Service plans automatically renew for one year terms which are billed monthly unless customer provides Interblueweb Inc. with a thirty (30) days written notice. Interblueweb Inc. may change its prices, plans and services at any time including this agreement. Customers must cancel their service with thirty days written notice after we give them the notice of change, otherwise they agree to the change and becomes part of our agreement.

7. Limitation of liability

Interblueweb Inc. makes no warranties of any kind other than device replacement as noted below. Interblueweb Inc. is not responsible for any damage, suffering or injury in relation to its devices, software, or services nor hardware or software failures. Interblueweb Inc. reserves the right to immediately terminate this Agreement, without notice, if the user violates any of the terms and conditions outlined.

8. Ownership of intellectual property

The user acknowledges and agrees that Interblueweb Inc. shall retain and own all rights, titles, interests and all other intellectual property rights to the Interbluetrack software, Documentation and the Interbluetrack website and all copies thereof and that nothing hereunder transfer or conveys to the user any ownership right, title or interest in or to the Interblueweb Inc. materials.

Should your device stop working correctly under the first year’s use, we can replace the device only if it is free from any tampering or damage. Any other issues with your device feel free to contact us at interbluetrack@gmail.com
