This Policy will take effect upon full completion of new accounts for new registrant(s).

1. Personal Information: We collect some necessary personal information for the upkeep and processing of your personal accounts with us. The information collected is solely used for this purpose and no intent is placed to collect further unnecessary information.

We collect billing information including address, credit card number, expiration date, and other information we may need if you opt to assign a credit card to pay us for using our GPS tracking services.

2. How is your billing information used: Your billing information is used to facilitate and ease your payments to us, inquiries you may have and to inform you about promotional offers, surveys we may request of you and service updates.

3. Information Disclosure: We do not sell, lease or give away your personal information to third parties under any circumstances for their marketing purposes unless your consent is obtained. Although, we must consider the following:

Local and federal government: To protect you and our business from fraud or criminal behavior of any kind, we may be required to provide the information necessary to local and/or federal governments. At the written request of a verified legal representative of the law or court order, we can provide your personal information. Personnel employed by Interblueweb Inc. 5. Log in: After the contract is finalized, Interblueweb Inc. will generate a username and a temporary passcode for the user to log into our website at www.interbluetrack.com. The user will be able to change the temporary passcode once logged into the website.

6. Control of Your Password: The user is responsible for all actions taken with their account log in information, fees owed as well as any issues incurred with their motor vehicle in result of any issues with log in information being lost, shared, or used inappropriately by you or other persons. If in which this occurs, you may lose substantial control over your personal, billing and account information. If the user loses their account log in information they must contact Interblueweb Inc. immediately for help changing their password.

7. Account deactivation: To deactivate your account, you can contact us at interbluetrack@gmail.com within a thirty (30) day notice. . After receiving your request for your account to be deactivated, we will collect any payments due for that month under your selected service plan with Interbluetrack. We will then remove your log in information as soon as humanly possible.

Interblueweb Inc. will preserve some personal information that you have requested to remove to prevent fraud, collect any fees owed, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms of Service and comply with legal requirements as is permitted by law. In respect to this, the user should not expect that all their information will be removed from our database. Although, you can rest assure that this information will be secured.

THE ATTAINMENT OF LEGAL ADVICE FOR THE PURPOSE OF INTERPRETATION OF ANY LAWS THAT APPLY TO THIS WRITTEN AGREEMENT FOR THE USE OF INTERBLUETRACK’S PRODUCTS AND SERVICES IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE USER.
